This demo shows how the State Connector can be used to create a cross-chain DAO, allowing users to execute proposals that require multiple signers from multiple chains such as BTC, LTC, XRP, DOGE etc.

Web3 creates an environment for decentralized collaboration among people who had not been able to do so before. Although this sounds ideal, there is an omnipresent problem of collaboration among people on countless different networks. This is one of the inhibitors of blockchain mass adoption. Flare Network, with its protocol(s), offers Web3 developers the possibility to build dApps on Flare that cater to multiple communities and/or enable collaboration between them. For example, multisig, fund management, or DAO solutions.

For the purpose of this demo, we will show you how to use Flare’s cross-chain multisig through the example of a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization). DAOs are a well-known decentralized collaborative use case in Web3.
